What are Prayerful Mondays...I need to be more purposeful in my prayers for others. I am WAY too good at praying for myself. I have decided to designate Mondays for pray requests. Each Monday I will share with you some of my prayer requests. Some are for blog friends, some best friends, and yes, some will be for myself (or my family). Please join with me in praying for each other. Oh...and if you have something specific or not so specific in mind for me to pray about, leave me a comment. Here we go...
- Our dear friend's, Malee, Papa (grandfather) had his hip replaced last Friday. He has been so sick for so long. Let's pray for a quick and pain-free recovery. Pray for God's healing hand to be on him. Also, please pray for his family. They have been emotionally drained. Pray for the Lord to fill their cup with his energy and peace.
- Praise God! Our friends Kyle & Leigh Ann welcomed baby Brogan into the world on Thursday. He is such an answer to prayer after years of trying to have a baby. Pray for the Lord to give them rest as they bring home a new baby. Also pray for Brogan's sister in China, Brynlee. She doesn't know it yet, but her life will be changed for the better when she will soon be adopted into the Plumlee family.
- Another Praise! Our friends, The Longbreaks finally have a TWO jobs! We have been praying for months now (Tim has been out of work for 11 months) and now the Lord has provided for them.
- More babies news. One of my good friends, Aaron & his wife, are expecting a baby. She is only 6 weeks right now, so please pray for a healthy, sick-free pregnancy. Alison wants twins, so if you could say a prayer about that too, she would appreciate it ;-).
