- Friday, November 21st: Deacon woke up in a pool of throw-up! We headed out to the big town of Gruver, TX for Brandon and Annie's wedding. Not a great start to what should be a wonderful weekend.
- Saturday, November 22nd: Brandon and Annie's wedding day! The day was perfect. The weather was absolutely beautiful. Annie looked stunning in her dress and BG was glowing (is that appropriate to say for a guy?). Deacon has not thrown up any more! Yippee!
- Sunday, November 23rd: I wake up throwing up. Today was the day I was going to bake a couple pecan pies for Thanksgiving, do a little Christmas shopping, pack for the big trip, and clean the house (I hate coming home to a messy house). Instead I laid in bed all day with back pain and sick to my stomach.
- Monday, November 24th: Go to Work.
- Tuesday, November 25th: Go to work in the morning and then head out to Fort Worth! We meet up with Malee and Timmy and go to the Dallas Mavericks game. The Mavs won! Poor Rhett, was not in the best of moods. We're about to find out why...
- Wednesday, November 26th: Wake up and take the boys to the Fort Worth Zoo (after dropping Ryan off to go golfing with my dad). Poor Malee is still sick with her own stomach bug. On our way to the zoo, Rhett throws up in the car. Explains the fussiness the night before. Both boys have a great time at the zoo, despite Rhett throwing up again at the zoo.
- Thursday, November 27th: Thanksgiving Day. We go to Weatherford and spend the day with my family. Ryan woke up at 4 am throwing up (among other things as well). Good times, good times.
- Friday, November 28th: Heading home. Rhett threw up again in the middle of the night. Poor little guy. Ryan and I drop the boys off at Mimi and Poppi's and see "Australia" with Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman. Good movie.
- Saturday, November 29th: Put up Christmas decorations. We also spend the day with Ryan's Aunt Sandy and Cousin Mycah.
- Sunday, November 30th: Church. Then Ryan takes me shopping and I get some much needed pants. Thanks honey!
So that recaps the last week. As you can see, we had some good times and some throwing up times. But all in all we are so very thankful for our little family and for our Jesus who is are greatest gift.
